execute the entire project on your behalf, right from construction to interiors
thus eliminating the headache of undertaking the task yourself.

Can we customize the holiday home design chosen from your 1, 2, 3 Bedroom Holiday Home designs?
Yes. Our Principal architects will customize the 1, 2, 3
Bedroom Holiday Home designs according to your requirements and can also design
a new holiday home according to your specifications.

Is it mandatory to lease our land for a Sandalwood plantation?
No. You have
purchased the Villa plot from Rajnish Estates which is registered in your name.
You can choose to opt for a Sandalwood plantation.

Is Sandalwood Plantation legal in India?
Yes.
According to the The Karnataka Forest ( Amendment ) Act, 2001, the State Government has amended ownership laws to
vest ownership of the sandalwood tree or plantation with the plantation
owner. This has been done to facilitate the growers to grow more
sandalwood in their patta lands. You can download the The Karnataka

Do I need to pay anything more for managing the Sandalwood Plantation?
No. The
plantation will be managed by Rajnish Estate and the revenue generated after 15
years will be split equally between the owner and Rajnish Estates.

What if there is damage to the plantation?
If the Trees
on a Sandalwood Lot are wholly destroyed, Rajnish Estates will undertake to
replant the plantation.
The cost of managing the Sandalwood plantation for 15 Years is many times more
than the price of the Villa Plot today. Therefore it is in Rajnish Estates best
interests that safeguards ensure that the Sandalwood Plantation is harvested
after 15 years.
Also the Buyer is the rightful owner of the Villa Plot which will appreciate
manifold due to its location and will guarantee Investment protection and
returns.

Can we resell the Villa Plot?
Yes. You can
resell the land which is not leased to Rajnish Estates for a Sandalwood
Plantation.
